Summary

Cluster Alimentaris is a network of South Tyrolean entrepreneurs belonging to the food sector. The cluster was launched in 2007 and is located at the TIS innovation park of Bolzano. Producers of fruit juices, butcher's shops and bakeries can be found among the cluster members. All of them share a common purpose: High Quality Food.

The objectives of the cluster Alimentaris are to:

- Promote members’ interaction

- Stimulate firms’ co-operations

- Coach innovative processes

- Enhance competitiveness

- Turn know-how into market’s success



The cluster Alimentaris supports both, single firms and groups of companies.
